• - Always allow hair to air dry whenever possible. 
• -Use heat protectant before applying heat.
• Store your unit in a satin bag or hang on a mannequin when not in use.

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

• Ready to Ship orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Pre-order items typically ship within 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Tracking info will be automatically sent via email once your order has been shipped.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. 
• If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How long will my order take?

All orders are shipped through USPS and typically take 1-5 business days after shipment to be delivered. Other factors vary depending on your choice of shipping speed, holidays, etc.
